Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we have a minimum order of 6 items per order.


How is shipping charged and to whom?
Our low shipping rates are calculated based on your address and it will be charged to you when you place your order. 


What payment methods and terms are accepted?
MasterCard, Visa and Paypal. Talk to us about setting up terms.


How to re-order, or set recurring orders?
Your account information will store your orders and they’ll be available to you for future orders.


Are rush orders accepted and how to order them?
Select from the available shipping methods and add a note to your order that you need it ASAP. We will contact you promptly with a quote for Rush Shipping.


What happens if products are damaged or have defects?
Please contact us within 5 business days after receiving your order. Tell us what went wrong by phone or email and send us a picture of the flaw. In some cases we will need you to send the item back to us, we’ll pick up the cost of shipping. We will get to fixing whatever went wrong and will cover the expense of shipping the corrected item back to you. 


How returns and exchanges are handled?
If you need to return an item for any reason, we will process the refund back to the card used to make the purchase upon receiving the item from you. 


What kind of marketing materials are provided to wholesalers?
We will provide informational postcards about Sparkhead Kids Designs with links to our website.
